Comment: What were we going to do? By "we", I mean my 11 year old grandson & me. One day we had a full-functioning PSP...the next we had a PSP with a broken screen that couldn't be used at all. It looked like we were going to have to save up to buy another one - YIKES!

Through the Sony website, we learned that we could have the screen replaced, but would have to pay about half of what a new PSP would cost. Still over our budget.

We searched "Replacement Screen for PSP" on Amazon & found several options, including this one. Since the others were all more expensive & we didn't even know if we had the ability to fix it, we opted for this one since it was the "cheapest".

We ordered it very late on a Thursday night, it was shipped on Saturday, & we received it on Monday. It was packaged very securely & was exactly as described on Amazon.

My grandson found a video on the web that showed how to replace the screen & within 30 minutes, he had removed the broken screen, replaced it with the new one, & was back to doing all that he does with his "brand-new" PSP!

Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
